Move left foot 10 inches to the left of the right foot
- Left foot moves exactly 10 inches to the left
- Feet remain parallel to each other
- Weight evenly distributed on both feet
- Maintain balance and stability
Arm Position
Place hands behind back with thumbs interlocked
- Right hand placed in small of back
- Left hand placed over right hand
- Thumbs interlocked for security
- Arms relaxed but controlled
Body Posture
Maintain erect posture with relaxed bearing
